I had to write these beautiful verses to take a stand and say that I am not neutral in the face of all these repeated injustices. Poetry rocked me when, in high school, football denied me. She made of my pen this weapon that I dip in the tears of my soul to describe my feelings of fed up with a Guinea, and a world, with undesirable practices. With this feather, I expose, like a visual artist, the beauty of this same Guinea. I offer solutions to problems posed by society. I send motivational messages to demotivated, lethargic youth, and above all who believe that God will come down from heaven to solve their problems for them when they have all the means to solve them on their own. Finally, this collection is the result of verses compiled by a novice of the pen who has sworn to be persevering, to write and to promote poetry made in Guinea.
